TRADE FAIR ARCHITECTURE

Our interior designers develop design solutions that are precisely tailored to your needs: In system and/or individual construction, single or multi-storey, on a rental or purchase basis, designed by us individually for you or planned according to your specifications. We adapt the design to the corporate design of your company and select the stylistic elements accordingly. These include, for instance, colors, lighting, graphics and lettering, furniture, fabrics and decorations.

PRODUCTION

On the basis of detailed plans, elevation drawings, documentation and parts lists, we produce the stand construction materials, graphic, decorative and presentation elements in our own studios and workshops or commission them for you from specialist companies. Our project managers supervise the production processes in the individual production stages as well as the preparation for transport.

GRAPHIC & PRINT

Fast response times, flexibility and adherence to schedules are essential success criteria for BESTMANN MESSEBAU INTERNATIONAL. Experience has shown that “print” can quickly become a critical time factor – especially when changes are made at short notice. In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we operate an in-house print shop in which two permanently employed advertising technicians produce all kinds of wall designs based exactly on your corporate design specifications.

ASSEMBLY

At the fair, the planning is then put into practice. Our project manager puts together the necessary assembly teams and organizations the individual assembly phases – from the floor, frame and ceiling constructions, cabin design, furniture and technical equipment to graphic design and decorations. He or she clarifies the technical acceptances on site, monitors the execution according to the agreed specifications and is your contact until the stand is handed over.

WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS

We make sure that the stand construction material and all equipment elements are in impeccable quality and in the right place at the right time. Once the trade fair is over, we repackage, transport and store the stand construction and presentation materials and offer our customers this service for their own materials as well.
